Yoga retreats are a great way of immersing yourself in your practice at a deeper, uninterrupted level. They should be an enjoyable and supportive environment and a great way to meet new people or to practise yoga with a group of friends, family or your partner. There are retreats suitable for all yogis, whether you are a complete beginner or have some experience of yoga.
Our retreats at Dale Farm offer a weekend of yoga, meditation, mindfulness along with fantastic food (provided by Salt the Radish) and luxury accommodation in a beautiful setting. You can walk on the gorgeous North Yorkshire beaches, cycle along the roads and paths of the Yorkshire Wolds, or just enjoy the peace and tranquility at Dale Farm.
Our retreats take place twice a year, in March and November.
